Aerobics Class

An aerobically fit individual can work longer, more vigorously and achieve a quicker recovery at the end of the aerobic session.

Aquatics

Aquatics Class Pools are not just for swimming anymore! Many forms of exercise, from aerobics to step training to running have taken to the water, joining traditional swimming as among the world's most popular fitness programs. Whether you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or simply want to try a new way to get fit, we have an aquatics program that will suit you.

Body Blast

Body Blast Body Sculpting includes muscle strengthening and endurance workouts for all the body's major muscle groups. Body blast is ideal for those who dislike or can not perform high impact workouts. Body blast is considered group weight training to music. It also helps to prevent osteoporosis by increasing one's bone density. Our instructors will teach proper form while leading you to a more toned and defined body.

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing Kick and punch your way to fitness! Our workout is designed for cardiovascular and muscle endurance and combines aerobics and body toning while learning self-defense. Our classes blend boxing, martial arts, and sports conditioning drills. With music and the energy of a group fitness setting and it's a fast paced, fun packed workout!

And you don't need to cycle for hours on end. Twenty to thirty minutes of exercise is usually sufficient for good results.

Step Classes

Zumba Classes ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
